Alcohol and Other Drugs Harm Reduction Groups
These weekly groups acknowledge that different goals work for different people. With the support of the group, you can work on finding the right balance for yourself, in order to get what you want from your substance use choices, without the things you don’t want. For Undergraduate and Graduate students.Fall 2023:- Tuesdays, 3-4:30 pm, on Zoom (Justin Castello, PhD & Sabrina Van Zuiden, MSW)
- Fridays, 2-3:30 pm, on Zoom (Robin Walley, LCSW & Erin Power, MSW)
To join either group, please call Social Services at 510-642-6074, to set up an intake with an AOD counselor to get started. This will give you the opportunity to talk more about your alcohol and other drug goals with a clinician and learn if the groups might be a good fit! If you have already met with an AOD counselor at Social Services, you can directly contact your counselor to discuss joining the group.
